Dengan ini diberitahukan kepada para Pemegang Saham PT Cahayasakti Investindo Sukses, Tbk (“Perseroan”) akan mengadakan Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Tahunan (“RUPS-T”) untuk tahun buku 2016 di Bogor pada hari Jumat tanggal 30 Juni 2017.

Panggilan untuk RUPS-T akan diumumkan pada hari Selasa,  tanggal 20 Juni 2017 melalui 1 (satu) surat kabar sesuai ketentuan Pasal 18 Ayat 2 Anggaran Dasar  Perseroan.

Yang berhak hadir atau diwakili dalam RUPS-T adalah Para Pemegang Saham yang namanya tercatat dalam Daftar Pemegang Saham Perseroan pada selasa, tanggal 9 Mei 2017 sebelum pencatatan perdana saham di Bursa Efek Indonesia.

Usul-usul dari para Pemegang Saham akan dimasukkan dalam acara RUPS-T jika memenuhi persyaratan dalam Pasal 18 Ayat  3 Anggaran Dasar Perseroan dan harus sudah diterima oleh Direksi Perseroan sedikitnya 7 (tujuh) hari sebelum panggilan RUPS-T tersebut diatas.

This is to inform the Shareholders of PT Cahayasakti Investindo Sukses, Tbk (“Company”), that the Company will convene Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (“AGMS”) for the fiscal year 2016 in Bogor, on Friday, 30 June 2017.

Pursuant to Article 18 Paragraph 2 Articles of Association of the Company, call for the AGMS will be advertised in 1 (one) daily newspaper with national-wide circulation.

Those who are entitled to attend or represented by proxy are Shareholders whose names are registered in the Company’s Register of Shareholders before the Initial Public Offering (IPO) in the Indonesian Stock Exchange on 9 May 2017.

Proposed agenda from the Shareholders will be included as agenda of AGMS should it is comply to the requirement set forth in Article 18 Paragraph 3 Articles of Association of the Company and shall be received by the Board of Directors at least 7 (seven) days prior to the call to Shareholders for AGMS.
